- 200 g Bärlauch (wild garlic)
- 250 g Topfen (quark)
- 150 g flour
- 100 g grated cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 100 ml cream
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Finely chop the Bärlauch and mix it with Topfen, flour, grated cheese, egg, salt, pepper, and cream.
- Form small patties and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a vegan option, replace Topfen with a plant-based substitute and the egg with flaxseed meal.
- Serve with a dip of your choice.
