- 200 g flour
- 150 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 100 g butter
- 1 bunch wild garlic
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- In a bowl, mix flour, egg, milk, and a pinch of salt to form a dough.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread cream cheese over the dough.
- Sprinkle with chopped wild garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log.
- Cut into slices and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.

- Great served warm with a dip.
- Can be frozen before baking.
