- 1 package pre-made tartlet shells
- 200 grams Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup caramelized onions
- 1/4 cup fresh thyme leaves
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the tartlet shells on a baking tray.
- In each shell, add a piece of Brie cheese, a spoonful of caramelized onions, and a sprinkle of thyme leaves.
- Brush the edges of the shells with the beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the cheese melts and the edges are golden brown.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste before serving.
