- 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt to create a batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they’re well coated.
- Place the battered florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

- In another bowl, mix buffalo sauce with melted butter.
- Toss the baked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce mixture.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes.
