Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
  6. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Let cool and then drizzle with icing made from powdered sugar and milk.
  9. Sprinkle with festive sprinkles before serving.
