- 10 dill pickle slices
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to breadcrumbs and mix well.
- Dip each pickle slice in flour, then in eggs, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated pickle slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dip.
