500 grams ground beef
200 grams ground pork
2 eggs
100 grams breadcrumbs
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 carrot, grated
200 grams bacon, diced
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Add grated carrot and diced bacon to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until cooked through.
Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Serve with mashed potatoes or a salad for a complete meal.
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
This dish can also be made with additional vegetables mixed into the meat.
