- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Coat each chicken breast with flour, then dip in the eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear each chicken breast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
