- 500 g quark
- 300 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 50 g butter, melted
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine quark, melted butter, sugar, and eggs.
- Add flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract, and lemon zest, and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake in the oven for about 50 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
