Scale
  • 500 grams all-purpose flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 75 grams butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 package vanilla sugar
  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, warm the milk and dissolve the yeast in it.
  3. Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface until it is smooth and elastic.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size, about 1 hour.

  8. Let it rise again for about 30 minutes.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30-40 minutes.
  10. Allow to cool before serving.
