- 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls
- salt and pepper to taste
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced steak and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add onion and bell peppers, cooking until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat and add cheese slices on top of the meat mixture. Cover until cheese melts.
- Toast hoagie rolls, then fill with the cheesesteak mixture.
