- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch cheesecake pan.
- In a large bowl, combine sugar, pumpkin puree, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
