- 500 grams feta cheese
- 250 grams ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package phyllo dough
- 100 grams butter, melted
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the feta cheese, ricotta cheese, egg, oregano, and pepper until combined.
- Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush with melted butter. Stack another sheet on top.
- Cut the dough into rectangles and place a spoonful of the cheese filling at one end.
- Fold the dough over to form a triangle and continue folding to seal.
- Place the tiropitakia on a baking sheet and brush with butter.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
