- 3 pounds beef brisket
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Rub the brisket with olive oil, salt, black pepper, cumin, smoked paprika, and minced garlic.
- Place the brisket in a roasting pan and add the chopped onion and beef broth.
- Cover with foil and cook for 4-5 hours, or until tender.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest before slicing.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet.
- Assemble tacos with sliced brisket, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
